![]() The Vault Hunter is a ruthless killer than turns out to be working for the crime gang, they must have figured out that Rhys still has the targeting codes and now they want him dead. Their plans are cut short by a Vault Hunter who is also a prisoner, the Vault Hunter will be a new character that Rhys and Fiona will have screwed over in Borderlands 3. The pair plan to escape the prison by causing a prison riot and escaping through the vents, it'll be more complicated than that though probably. Now that the gang have the final piece they can complete the gun but they can't use it without the targeting codes which he managed to sneak into the prison without the gang or the guards noticing. The weapon in question is an orbital gun that uses the ECHO network to identify targets anywhere on a planet and quickly eliminate them, fortunately though Rhys isn't as stupid as he looks as he explains that he hid a failsafe in the weapon. Rhys and Fiona are then sent to a maximum security prison run by Dahl, tensions are high as Rhys is mad that Fiona ruined the heist and Fiona is mad that Rhys would build a super death machine for a notorious crime gang. Surprisingly the heist goes quite well until things go sideways when Fiona busts into the museum and alerts the guards, The gang takes the part and quickly leave the crime scene framing Rhys and Fiona for the whole robbery. So while Rhys plans the suicide mission of a heist, Fiona and the rest of the group track him down. ![]() Rhys tells them that the part he needs to build the weapon is locked away in the Galactic museum of Corporate firepower, which means it's time for a heist. We eventually learn that Rhys is taken because he promised he would build the Gang a weapon of incredible power if they gave him the money to help rebuild Atlas. ![]() The story will be set after Borderlands 3 and it will begin with Athena and Janey finally having their wedding, everyone is enjoying themselves and having a good time until the Wedding is suddenly attacked by some kind of criminal gang that kidnaps Rhys and opens fire on the guests. I also came up with a quick plot outline to help illustrate each song choice. So since I first finished Tales I have been saving some songs that I feel fit the tone of TftB season 2 perfectly. The fantastic songs that play during the intro and credits to each episode are a large part of what makes the game so special. Tales from the Borderlands is probably one of my favorite games of all time and one of the main reasons I love it so much is the fantastic soundtrack.
